Runwal began in 1978 under founder Subhash Runwal and grew into one of Mumbai's well-known home builders. Since 2016 the family business has run as two companies, Runwal Realty and Runwal Enterprises. Some projects below come from the first and some from the second, so we mention the RERA number wherever it is public.
You will find tall luxury towers such as Runwal Raaya in Worli, family townships in Kanjurmarg and Thane, and budget-friendly flats inside the big Runwal Gardens township at Dombivli East. A 26-acre mixed-use township in Pimpri-Chinchwad covers the Pune side.
